Superfast Paneer Makhani _ Gluten Free



Ingredients:

  1. Paneer - 1 cup cubes.
  2. Tomato Sauce- 1 can 8 oz.
  3. Serrano Pepper-1 cut lengthwise.
  4. Ginger -1 inch grated
  5. Kasoori Methi- Dried fenugreek leaves -1 tsp.
  6. Heavy whipping cream -3 tbsp
  7. Oil -1 Tbsp
  8. Salt- 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp ( Degi mirch)
  10. Garam masala Powder - 1tsp
  11. Water-1 Cup
  12. Sugar - 1/8 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat a pan and warm the oil.
  2. Add ginger and serrano pepper. Saute for a minute. Add Tomato sauce.
  3. Add salt , red chilli powder . Cover the lid. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes till oil seperates.
  4. Open the lid . Add paneer and water . Cover and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add heavy whipping cream , dried fenugreek leaves, sugar and garam masala.
  6. Paneer makhani is ready.
Note:
  1. You may replace oil with butter for extra richness.
  2. Traditionally eaten with naan.
  3. You may adjust salt according to your taste.
