Superfast Paneer Makhani _ Gluten Free
Ingredients:
- Paneer - 1 cup cubes.
- Tomato Sauce- 1 can 8 oz.
- Serrano Pepper-1 cut lengthwise.
- Ginger -1 inch grated
- Kasoori Methi- Dried fenugreek leaves -1 tsp.
- Heavy whipping cream -3 tbsp
- Oil -1 Tbsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp ( Degi mirch)
- Garam masala Powder - 1tsp
- Water-1 Cup
- Sugar - 1/8 tsp
Method:
- Heat a pan and warm the oil.
- Add ginger and serrano pepper. Saute for a minute. Add Tomato sauce.
- Add salt , red chilli powder . Cover the lid. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes till oil seperates.
- Open the lid . Add paneer and water . Cover and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add heavy whipping cream , dried fenugreek leaves, sugar and garam masala.
- Paneer makhani is ready.
- You may replace oil with butter for extra richness.
- Traditionally eaten with naan.
- You may adjust salt according to your taste.
