Guacamole from the southern tip- Gluten free




Ingredients:
  1. Haas  Avacados - 2 big
  2. Onion - 1 red finely diced
  3. Tomatoes- 2  seeded and diced
  4. Green serrano pepper-2 chopped finely.
  5. Cilantro - 1/2 cup finely chopped.
  6. Limejuice- 2 tablespoons.
  7. Rock salt -2 teaspoons
  8. Black pepper powder -1 teaspoon
  9. Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 teaspoon.

 Method:

  1. Pick the avacados that are neither too soft nor too firm.  Cut it in halves, remove the seed and cut it in chunks.  Mix limejuice to coat it  properly to avoid discolouration.
  2. Add onion , tomatoes, pepper, cilantro rock salt , black pepper and cumin seed powder.
  3. Mix it properly . Cover it and leave it in the refigerator for an hour .
  4. Serve it with corn chips.
