Plan Lunch Before Breakfast









 We consider ourselves really lucky if we can complete b1/4 of the chores we plan for the weekend. Rest gets moved forward to next weekend. The new week starts with its own struggles. A major challenge is to take care of meals.

I have a game plan that will help you sail through the week smoothly. I have a North Indian Vegetarian Menu plan that you can cook early in the morning breakfast. the meal consists of rice, some lentils and one vegetable.

I will be sharing other menus in the near future. Please let me know what kind of menu you would prefer and also if any dietary restrictions needed to be included,


1. Monday - Any Dal ( Lentils ) - Rice -Palak Paneer Vegetable ( Spinach and Indian cottage cheese)


2. Tuesday-Vegetable Pulao with Soya Nuggets - Cucumber Raita.


3. Wednesday- Rongi Masala(Black Eyed Peas Curry) - Rice - Aloo Gobi( Potatoes with Cauliflower)


4. Thursday- Kadhi Pakora - Rice - Methi Aloo( Fenugreek leaves with potatoes)


5. Friday- Sambhar-( Dal and vegetable stew)-  Rice - Aloo Tamatar( Potatoes with tomatoes)


6. Saturday- Kale Chane or Safed Chane( Black Chick peas or white chick peas)- Rice - Paneer Masala


7. Sunday- Rajma( Kidney Beans)- Rice - Bhindi Masala(Okra)
