How to estimate rice for the party .

 Everyone goes through a little bit of anxiety before throwing a large gathering or party even if some people do not admit it . It is natural . We try to over do it and sometimes we over do it . At the end of the party we are left of so much food that we do not know how to get rid of  it .

I have a fool proof formula . Let us take an example . If we are about to invite 25 guests , add 3 to the number . So the total number is 28 . You need to cook 28 fists of raw rice . This will be enough . Whether you have 25 guests or 250 guests , the calculation is the same .Measure all the rice , wash and soak it for 15 minutes . Add double the quantity of water to cook . Enjoy.
