Hearty Lunch Salad



 Ingredients:

  1. Apple : 1/2 ( apple that area bit tart - ex pink lady or gala )
  2. Strawberries -3
  3. Tomato -1
  4. Cucumber -1/4
  5. Carrot grated -1 tablespoon
  6. Lettuce- 1 cup
  7. Roasted peanuts -1 tablespoon
  8. Cranberries- 2 teaspoons
  9. Croutons - 2 tablespoons ( contains gluten)
  10. Hot sauce- I use salsa picante ( may use Magie hot sauce)
  11. Serrano pepper- 1/2 finely chopped(optional)
  12. Paneer cubes- 7-8 (  may use Cheese cubes)
  13. Green olives - 3-4
Method:
  1. Cut apple, strawberries, tomato , and cucumber in cubes.
  2. In a bowl , add lettuce to apples, strawberries, tomato cucumber and grated carrots, paneer cubes and olives.
  3. Just before serving , add cranberries, peanuts, croutons , serrano peppers and hotsauce.
  4. Enjoy your lunch.

Note:
  • You may use any fruit or salad vegetable of your choice.
  •  You may keep the hot sauce and croutons on your workstation if you are planning to bring salad to work quite often.
  • You may add boiled egg or grilled chichen as per your choice .
  • Try it if you want a nice waist but do not want to compromise of taste.
  • Do not add croutons for gluten free choice.
  • It's chow time!
