Mushroom Masala Rice- Gluten Free




Ingredients:

  1.  Basmati Rice - 1 cup plain cooked(  see microwave rice recipe)
  2. Button mushroom - 5 -thinly sliced
  3. Onion - 1/2 chopped finely.
  4. Tomato- 1 finely chopped.
  5. Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoon or according to taste.
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. Cilantro- 1 tablespoon
  8. Serrano Pepper - 1  cut in  1/2 inch pieces.
  9. Oil- 1 tablespoon
  10. Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Method:
  1. Heat the oil in the pan . Add chopped onions and saute it till it is translucent.
  2. Add Mushrroms and saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt ,red chilli powder, serrano pepper.
  3. Now add pre boiled rice and lightly toss so that evrything mixes well.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  5. Dig in.
