Mushroom Masala Rice- Gluten Free
Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice - 1 cup plain cooked( see microwave rice recipe)
- Button mushroom - 5 -thinly sliced
- Onion - 1/2 chopped finely.
- Tomato- 1 finely chopped.
- Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoon or according to taste.
- Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro- 1 tablespoon
- Serrano Pepper - 1 cut in 1/2 inch pieces.
- Oil- 1 tablespoon
- Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Method:
- Heat the oil in the pan . Add chopped onions and saute it till it is translucent.
- Add Mushrroms and saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt ,red chilli powder, serrano pepper.
- Now add pre boiled rice and lightly toss so that evrything mixes well.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Dig in.
