Basic Indian Food Survival Kit

      Must haves:

Refrigerator:
  1. Atta Dough
  2. Plain Yogurt ( Dahi)
  3. Boiled  potatoes 2 big
  4. Green Cilantro Chutney
 Freezer:
  1. Paneer cubes
  2. Frozen Peas
  3. Vanilla icecream

Pantry:
  1. Cans of garbanzo beans or chickpeas( safed chane)
  2. Black eyes beans ( Lobhiya)
  3. Red Kidney beans ( Rajma)
  4. Black beans ( Kali ma ki dal)
  5. Cans of tomato paste
  6. Rice

   You will be able to prepare variety of dishes . It comes handy when you are coming late from and work, or you have to entertain at a short notice. I have always found these very handy.
  1. Aloo Parantha  with Yogurt
  2. Paneer Parantha with Yogurt
  3. Aloo - Poori
  4. Chole Poori
  5. Rajma Chawal
  6. Chole Chawal
  7. Matar wale Chawal with Yogurt
  8.  Dal Makhani , paneer masala, aloo raita and roti
  9. Garbanzo beans and aloo chaat with yogurt and green chutney.
  10. Matar paneer with  Parantha.
  11. Matar Poori with Aloo sabzi
  12. Matar aloo sabzi  with Roti
  13. Aloo Bonda- appetizer
  14. Paneer pakora- appetizer
  15. Curd Rice
