Chote Aloo Pyaz Tamater Sabzi- A dry vegetable of potatoes tomatoes and button onions- Glutenfree
Get 15 button onions, 15 cherry tomatoes, 10 small new potatoes, 1 serano pepper , cilantro, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp degi mirch or any red chilli powder , 1/2 tsp carom seeds and 1 tbsp of canola oil. |
Add onions to the potatoes and cover the lid for 4 to 5 minutes to soften the potatoes and onions. |
Remove the lid and add tomatoes , chopped cilantro and finely cut serano pepper. You may leave out serano pepper altogether if u do not like the heat. |
Turn off the heat and serve it in a serving bowl. |
Serve it with Roti, nan or parantha . You may use this as a side dish to any day of the meal. Enjoy! |
