  2.     Dal ........................................10 lbs
  3.     Sabzi..................................... 40 lbs(Mix veg/aloo gobi/aloo beans/saag)
  4.     Paneer.....................................6 gallons(made with whole milk)
  5.     Yogurt plain............................ 2 gallon(whole milk), boondi- 2 pkts
  6.      Salad..................................... 2 lettuce heads,10 cucumbers,10 tomatoes, 2 pound carrots
  7.     Pickle ( Panchranga).............. 1 tin
  8.     Kheer..................................... 3 gallon milk, 4 cups rice(8oz cups) , 1/2 cup almonds,    pistachios, raisins each          
  9.     Ice cream ...............................3  big gallons( 5 qt)
  10.     Rice........................................10 lbs
  11.     Whole wheat flour..................20 lbs bag
  12.     Tea ..................................... 1 gallon Milk, 1 box of brook bond red label tea , sugar 2 lbs , splenda
Note:  1.  Just make either kheer or get ice cream.
           2. You may choose only one vegetable in step
