Rice Crispies bhel puri - Gluten free snack



Ingredients:

  1. Rice crispies - 1 cup
  2. Dry roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
  3. Onion - half - chopped finely
  4. Jalapeno Pepper -1 (deseeded and chopped finely)
  5. Cranberries - 2 teaspoons
  6. Cucumber - 1/2 (peeled and chopped finely)
  7. Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
  8. Picante sauce - 2 table spoons(red)
  9. Lays lemon picante potato chips- 1 small ( you may choose any flavor of your choice)
Method:

  1. Take a big bowl and add rice crispies, dry roasted peanuts,onion, jalapeno pepper, cranberries.cucumber, chaat masala and potato chips. Toss well.
  2.  Add 1 teaspoon of picante sauce on the top just before each individual serving .
  3. Serve immedietely.
  4. It is an easy snack that needs no cooking.
  5. You may add chopped cilantro and  chopped boiled potatoes.
  6. Easy snack to serve with drinks.
