Rice Crispies bhel puri - Gluten free snack
Ingredients:
- Rice crispies - 1 cup
- Dry roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
- Onion - half - chopped finely
- Jalapeno Pepper -1 (deseeded and chopped finely)
- Cranberries - 2 teaspoons
- Cucumber - 1/2 (peeled and chopped finely)
- Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Picante sauce - 2 table spoons(red)
- Lays lemon picante potato chips- 1 small ( you may choose any flavor of your choice)
Method:
- Take a big bowl and add rice crispies, dry roasted peanuts,onion, jalapeno pepper, cranberries.cucumber, chaat masala and potato chips. Toss well.
- Add 1 teaspoon of picante sauce on the top just before each individual serving .
- Serve immedietely.
- It is an easy snack that needs no cooking.
- You may add chopped cilantro and chopped boiled potatoes.
- Easy snack to serve with drinks.
