Ambrosia Salad - Summer salad - Glutenfree- A must for BBQ









Ingredients:

  1. Bananas.................................. 3 sliced
  2. Oranges....................................3 diced
  3. Seedless grapes........................1/2 lb(red and green)
  4. Golden  raisins............................1/2 cup
  5. Lemon ......................................1/2 tsp
  6. Toasted sliced almonds.............1/2 cup
  7. Cool whip.................................1 container(8oz)
  8. Mint leaves............................... 1 sprig
  9. Sugar......................................... 1 Tbsp
Method:

  1. Cut the banana in round pieces . Add lemon juice and keep aside. 
  2. Peel  the oranges and cut lengthwise into segments and cut each grape into two parts. You may use mandarin orange in tin instead of fresh orange.
  3. Toast sliced almonds in microwave for one minute . Keep an eye so that they do not burn. 
  4. Take a bowl and add bananas, orange segments and grapes. , toasted almonds and raisins. 
  5. Add sugar on the  fruit and toss lightly.  Chill in the refrigerator. 
  6. Fold coolwhip to the fruits and leave it in the refrigerator to chill. 
  7. Garnish with mint leaves.
