Simple Healthy & Fluffy Scrambled egg!- Gluten Free

  I know what you are thinking! A recipe about scrambled eggs. What is a big deal in that. We have been making scrambled eggs for ever . What is new about it? Yes Guys! There is a difference. I always found scrambled eggs at IHOP or DENNY's really fluffy. I always wanted to make exactly the same but I never ever came close to that.   I think I have perfected the recipe now! So here is the secret recipe!

Ingredients:



  1. Eggs               : 2
  2. Water             : 2 Tbsp
  3. Salt                 : to taste
  4. Black Pepper  : Freshly ground
  5. Oil Spray
  6. Non Stick pan

Method:

  1. Break the two eggs in a bowl and add two table spoons of water. Whisk it 
  2. Put the pan on the stove and turn on the heat to medium low. Spray the pan .
  3. Slowly add the eggs to the pan . Let it set for a minute.
  4. Now using a wooden spatula, mix them lightly making an Number 8 .
  5. As soon as it starts to come together, sprinkle black pepper.
  6. Take out the egg in to a bowl and sprinkle salt.
  7. Enjoy it with salsa, hot sauce or just simple ketchup.
Note: 
  • Adding water makes the eggs fluffy.
  • Not adding salt to the eggs at the time of cooking makes it  soft.
